Opportunity:

The Set-up Technician must be a positive role model to others and use their people skills to communicate with the departments from upper management, Production Manager, Supervisors and Tooling.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be knowledgeable of API's Quality Policy.
• Set-up molds/jobs.
• Accurately and systematically assess molds and machine cycles.
• Fill in necessary documentation.
• Follow Quality Plan.
• Assist in tool maintenance and reporting tool issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management. What makes you a great fit:
• Some computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to display high levels of customer service, responding quickly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside the organization.
