Opportunity:

The Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality. Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs as directed. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Other duties as assigned. What makes you a great fit: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and operate complex machinery. Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards in a production setting. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Why work with our client?
