• Mon•Fri PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in financial solutions , is hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced, high-tech production team.

In this vital role, you'll help produce secure, high-quality credit and debit cards used by customers across the nation. You'll receive hands-on training on advanced production equipment and contribute directly to maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and security of financial tools that millions depend on every day. This is more than a machine operator job — it's an opportunity to work with precision, purpose, and pride. What You'll Do Operate high-performance production machines to personalize credit and debit cards. Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet strict specifications. Troubleshoot, maintain, and adjust machines to keep production running efficiently. Stage finished materials for warehouse pickup and distribution. Cross-train in other departments to enhance team flexibility and performance. Adapt to changing production demands in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Bring Required:

Computer proficiency and comfort with data entry. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Basic math skills to support daily production accuracy. Physical stamina to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to reach, bend, climb, squat, and kneel frequently.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent (education, work, or military experience). At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment. Prior experience operating production machinery. Pay Details:
