Overview Ōnin Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join a manufacturing team in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone with laser-cutting, CNC, or metal-fabrication experience who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts. Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30pm, overtime on Friday as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC laser-cutting equipment Load raw materials and select the correct machine programs Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Follow all safety procedures and production requirements Assist in other areas of the facility as needed Skills and Experience Previous laser, CNC, or manufacturing machine-operation experience preferred Experience reading blueprints and production drawings Basic computer and math skills Ability to use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and a safety-focused attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
