Machine Operator PROMAN Staffing Arnold, MO

Previous machine operating experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. We are looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who have previous manufacturing experience and are committed to safety, quality, and attendance.

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$16.00/hr 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as needed Maintain accurate production records and required documentation Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and work history Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the duration of the shift Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull materials Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machine noise Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Why Work for PROMAN Staffing?
