This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Excellent attendance is required. Job ResponsibilitiesMachine Operator Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Read and follow work instructions and production schedules Inspect parts and identify defects or production issues Complete machine setups and changeovers as assigned Monitor product quality and make process corrections as needed Maintain production records and documentation Perform routine equipment inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety and quality procedures Quality & Part Sorter Perform quality inspections on manufactured components Visually and manually inspect parts for defects and inconsistencies Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards Document inspection results accurately Support production teams in meeting quality goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Qualifications Minimum 6 months manufacturing, machine operating, quality inspection, or production experience preferred Experience using measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, or inspection tools is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities preferred Ability to identify defects and maintain quality standards Dependable work history with excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Stand and walk throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Lift up to 50 lbs.
