Role:

The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to keep up with production demands, and a focus on producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery. Set up and make basic adjustments to equipment as needed. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Pack and organize finished products according to production requirements. Monitor machines for jams, malfunctions, or other production issues. Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Move and handle materials throughout the production area. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all machine safety and production procedures. Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Required Skills:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to learn machine setup and basic adjustments. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour
