This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machines to meet productivity, quality, and budget standards. The Operator also serves as a resource to team members, assists with troubleshooting, and may help train other operators. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate bindery machines according to job specifications
• Review job tickets and monitor product quality throughout production runs
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete production documentation
• Track job costs and production hours as required
• Assist with troubleshooting, training operators, and operating multiple machines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Previous bindery experience preferred
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
