Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Batching Technician to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the precise batching and preparation of ingredients to ensure consistent product quality and safety. You will contribute to efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to established recipes and production schedules. Operate and troubleshoot batching equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all areas of the batching process, following HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols. Handle industrial chemicals and raw materials safely, adhering to all safety standards in production environments. Assist with equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation. Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring product consistency, recording batch data, and conducting routine inspections. Collaborate with team members across departments such as brewing, packaging, and warehouse to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately. Familiarity with industrial chemical handling and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety standards in production environments; leadership experience is a plus.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
