About Dr. Vanilla Dr. Vanilla is a growing manufacturer of premium natural vanilla extracts, botanical extracts, vanilla paste, and other natural flavor products. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bottling & Packaging Technician to join our production team. Job Responsibilities Operate bottling and filling equipment for liquid extracts and flavor products. Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize filling and packaging equipment. Fill bottles and containers accurately according to production specifications. Inspect bottles, caps, labels, and finished products for quality and appearance. Operate labeling and packaging equipment. Package finished products into cases and prepare products for shipment. Accurately count, weigh, and record finished products. Follow production formulas, batch records, SOPs, GMPs, and food-safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Assist with changeovers between different products and package sizes. Perform basic troubleshooting of filling, capping, and labeling equipment. Work closely with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product quality. Follow all company safety, sanitation, SQF, and food-safety requirements. Perform other production and packaging duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in bottling, packaging, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or a similar production environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment. Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Ability to accurately complete production and quality records. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic English reading and communication skills required. Previous experience with GMP, SQF, HACCP, or other food-safety programs is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds . Ability to perform repetitive filling, capping, labeling, and packing tasks. Ability to work safely around food-processing and production equipment.
