Machine Setup Operator | Fenton, MO Do you enjoy working on machinery, troubleshooting problems, and making mechanical adjustments? We're hiring a Machine Setup Operator to join a growing manufacturing team that produces precision wire-formed products.

Pay:

$20-$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30

Contract-to-Hire What You'll Do Set up, adjust, and operate wire-forming production machines Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Monitor production runs and make machine setting adjustments Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Read blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards What We're Looking For Experience with machine setup, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Ability to read blueprints and technical work instructions Manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, mechanic, or skilled trades experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment Why Apply?
