Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 12:00

AM Shift Differential:

Earn 2 additional hours of pay for every 8-hour shift worked when clocked in and out on time. PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Plastics Production Technician for a plastics manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production position involving plastic manufacturing, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Job Duties:

Perform production processes including injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding Safely set up tools and equipment for production Modify finished products by routing, trimming, and drilling Use rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements Inspect finished products for quality Pack and label completed products Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Excellent attendance and dependability are required High School Diploma or GED Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours per shift Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail Ability to learn new skills and production techniques Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive, can-do attitude Must have a working phone number and be reachable for employment-related communication Ready for a steady 2nd-shift manufacturing opportunity?
