Job Description

Plastics Production Technician - 3rd Shift PROMAN Staffing |
Full-Time Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Location:
Festus, MO Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 11:30 PM - 8:00
AM Shift Differential:
Earn 2 additional hours of pay for every 8 hours worked when clocked in and out on time. PROMAN Staffing is hiring a dependable Plastics Production Technician for a hands-on overnight manufacturing position.
Job Duties:
Perform plastic production processes, including injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding Safely set up tools and equipment Route, trim, and drill finished products Use rulers, tape measures, and calipers in standard and metric measurements Inspect products for quality Pack and label finished products
Requirements:
Excellent attendance and reliability are required Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours per shift Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail Ability to learn new skills and production techniques Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High School Diploma or GED Must have a working phone number and remain reachable for employment-related communication Apply Today!
