This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with plastics manufacturing experience who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality workmanship. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Starting at $20.00 per hour Up to $22.00 per hour upon hire, based on attendance, performance, and overall job proficiency Job Responsibilities Set up, install, align, and adjust molds on production equipment Perform mold changes and tooling setups safely and efficiently Work with injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding processes Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Use measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers Trim, route, drill, and modify finished products as needed Package and label finished products Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous plastics manufacturing experience preferred Mold setting, tool changing, or injection molding experience preferred Must be mechanically inclined Excellent attendance and reliability are required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication Why Work with PROMAN?
