Newly Weds Foods - Gerald, Missouri Job Description - Milling Operator 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

Production Supervisor/Manager Essential Duties:

Has the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform all the duties of milling without direct assistance and minimal Supervision. Skill and abilities required to operate all mills including mill changeovers, set ups, adjustments to prevent backups and to improve product flow. Has the knowledge, skill and abilities to accurately set up combination deck arrangements in a reasonable amount of time. Works with Quality Control for sampling of lots and as needed. Learning and development of knowledge in record keeping. Requires unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs continuously. Follows Safety & Sanitation rules Keeps area and department clean. Other duties as assigned by Newly Weds Foods. Knowledge, skills and abilities to safely operate a fork lift. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Education (GED). 12-18 months on similar job or similar milling experience. Ability to pass Pre-employment, Comprehension and Math testing. Ability to pass Drug Screen testing.

Job Requirements :

Job requires constant standing, lifting and moving product throughout the entire day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., on a regular repetitive basis throughout the entire shift. Job requires physical stamina to work 8 hours daily with overtime required as needed. Hand - eye coordination, ability to operate basic equipment and physical stamina to lift and carry the product.
