Role:

The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain production and quality standards throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery. Set up equipment and make basic machine adjustments as needed. Monitor equipment to ensure machines are operating properly. Keep machines supplied with necessary materials. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues. Assist with clearing minor jams and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. Move, stack, and organize materials and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Follow all company safety procedures and machine operating guidelines. Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Required Skills:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Good mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
