Smurfit WestRock is hiring a Feeder Packer to support high-volume, sustainable paper and packaging production. In this role, you will feed materials into machines, inspect corrugated and paper products for quality, and pack finished goods for shipment. You'll follow strict safety and cleanliness standards, complete basic production records, and assist with line changeovers to keep equipment running efficiently. Working closely with operators and teammates, you'll contribute to our culture of safety, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility while learning new skills and building a long-term manufacturing career. Responsibilities Feed materials and components into packaging and converting machinery Inspect products for visible defects, correct labeling, and proper counts Pack finished goods into cartons or onto pallets according to specifications Follow all safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements on the production floor Assist with line changeovers, basic adjustments, and material replenishment Maintain accurate counts and complete simple production and quality records Communicate issues with machinery, materials, or quality to line operators or supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality targets Follow written work instructions, job tickets, and customer specifications Support continuous improvement, 5 S, and sustainability practices in daily work Required Skills Production line operation Packaging procedures Quality inspection Basic machine operation Material handling Workplace safety Reading production schedules Basic recordkeeping Palletizing and labeling Use of hand tools
