Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. Hiring immediately for Skilled / Advanced Machine Operators at our Kirksville, MO manufacturing facility ( 2nd & 3rd shift). Candidates must have experience with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production operations. We welcome applications from skilled automotive technicians with hands-on experience in engine and transmission repair / replacement. Skilled/Advanced Machine Operator (Machine Adjuster Level 1)

Pay/Schedule:

$23.94/hr + 2nd or 3rd shift premium 2nd shift: 3pm

• 11pm / shift premium $1.25/hr 3rd shift: 11pm
• 7am / shift premium $1.50/hr Training will take place on 1st shift 7am
• 3pm

Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

Basic understanding and ability to operate an envelope machine Basic understanding and ability to make print changes Basic understanding and ability to window changes Basic understanding and ability to make a full change Remove/install parts; Time parts of machine to produce correct sized envelope Overtime as needed; Compliance with safety rules and regulations. Maintains clean machine and work area (sweeps, removes waste, etc). Other duties and assignments as required. Skilled/Advanced Machine Operator (Machine Adjuster Level 1)

Requirements/Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on mechanical, manufacturing, industrial equipment experience required. Proven ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, repair, optimize machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic math, measurement, and computer skills required. Ability to accurately read a ruler and work with precise measurements. Flexibility required with machine assignment. Skilled/Advanced Machine Operator (Machine Adjuster Level 1)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance. Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, etc.). Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.
