Position Title Concentrates Packaging Technician Job Description What You Will Do Package cannabis products in accordance with company standards, including weighing, sealing, and labeling Prepare and assemble packaging materials for various product types (flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, etc.) Ensure all packaging meets quality, branding, and compliance requirements before release Apply and verify labels for accuracy, including product information, batch numbers, and regulatory warnings Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies Accurately track and record product and packaging data using required systems Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals What Success Looks Like Consistently meets production quotas while maintaining high packaging quality standards Ensures accuracy and compliance in labeling, weighing, and documentation Maintains organized workflow and minimizes packaging errors or rework Supports team efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required Compensation Base pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location Agri-Genesis Cultivation Facility -
