Job Description

Anodyne Surgical is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work. As a privately owned medical device manufacturer in O'Fallon, Missouri, we offer a clean, climate-controlled, team-oriented work environment where quality and precision matter. We manufacture precision disposable ophthalmic cannulas used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries. We're looking for a Machine Operator who is mechanically minded, comfortable working with production equipment, and able to troubleshoot issues while maintaining quality and efficiency. What You'll Do Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and production efficiency Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine adjustments Monitor machine performance and identify issues that could result in downtime, scrap, or quality concerns Inspect products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards Use measurement and inspection tools as required Accurately complete production documentation and quality records Identify and communicate equipment, tooling, or process issues Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals and keep operations running efficiently Follow all company safety, quality, and standard operating procedures What We're Looking For Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and ability to recognize when something isn't operating correctly Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Compensation $17-$20 per hour and based on experience BenefitsPerks Paid weekly Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility 11 paid holidays , including your birthday Vacation begins accruing on your first day and is based on hours worked Medical, dentalvision insurance available after a 30-day waiting period 401(k) with company contribution Opportunities for advancement and career growth Stable employment with a privately owned company that values its employees
