Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates are be responsible for operating rewind machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is essential for the smooth production of high-quality products and requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, and safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate rewind machines to process materials according to production specifications Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rewind equipment Utilize hand tools and machining skills for minor repairs and adjustments Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with CGMP standards Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment or storage Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment at all times Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively Experience with packaging, machining, or manufacturing environments preferred Familiarity with hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
