Production Machine Operator Park Hills, MO 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:25PM - 2:55AM (Over time possible based on production needs) $16.00/hr PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Tape Rewinders for a local manufacturing company in Farmington, MO. This position is responsible for operating tape rewinding equipment, performing quality inspections, packaging finished products, and ensuring all production and safety standards are met. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate tape rewinding equipment Read and follow production work orders, setup instructions, and packaging specifications Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient operation Perform quality inspections and accurately document results Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards Package finished products according to work order requirements Prepare finished goods for shipping or the next stage of production Complete production paperwork and quality records accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and material shortages to supervision Follow all company safety, quality, and work procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations Ability to follow written instructions and production work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
