$16.00 per hour PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Extrusion Operators for a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer in Park Hills, MO. This position is responsible for operating extrusion equipment, monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. Job Duties Operate extrusion machinery according to work instructions and production schedules Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality Load raw materials and assist with machine setup and changeovers Read and follow production orders, specifications, and work instructions Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met Use measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers Complete production, quality, and scrap documentation accurately Package, label, and palletize finished products Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns Maintain production counts and meet daily production goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Plastic extrusion or injection molding experience is a plus Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality checks Reliable transportation and strong attendance required Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Work around machinery, industrial noise, heat, and varying temperatures Why Work for PROMAN Staffing?
