You will help ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment, monitor processes. This role is more than keeping lines moving—it's about working as part of a team that respects one another, values safety, and strives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the production line. Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Assist in assembly, packaging, and labeling of products, ensuring they are prepared for shipment according to company guidelines. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors. Keep workstations and production areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards by following safety procedures and cleanliness standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Collaborate with other production associates and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines. Manage materials, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for production needs and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
