In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, assemble and inspect packaging products, and ensure output meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate production and converting equipment to meet daily output targets Monitor product quality and perform visual and dimensional inspections Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards Load materials, stage work-in-process, and palletize finished goods Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures Record production data and report issues with equipment or materials promptly Assist with basic equipment changeovers, setups, and minor adjustments Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals Support continuous improvement, 5 S, and waste-reduction initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company standards Required Skills Assembly line operation Machine operation Quality inspection Basic troubleshooting Packing and palletizing Reading production schedules Safety and PPE compliance Measuring and using hand tools Basic computer/data entry Material handling
