Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing General Laborer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by handling materials, assisting with fabrication processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position offers an energetic environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, familiarity with shop tools, and a proactive attitude to contribute to efficient production workflows. Duties
  • Assist in the manufacturing/production of sunrooms and other seasonal products
  • Assist in the set-up and organization of material locations
  • Receive and follow directions from other personnel regarding assistance with operations
  • Inspect product & material to ensure compliance with tolerance/quality standards
  • Operation of required tools and measuring instruments - tape measure, and other hand/power tools i.e. saws, drills
  • Meet daily targets and goals to ensure production requirements are met within the department
  • Maintain work area(s)
  • Work as a team in a designated department
  • Follow health and safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe working environment Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Mechanical knowledge including , shop math skills, and familiarity with composite materials is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and tape measures is essential. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus; certification is preferred but not required. Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards. Basic understanding of machining, fabrication techniques, and warehouse operations will be advantageous. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
