Wise Staffing Group is now seeking a dependable, hardworking Heavy Machinery Operator to join our client's growing team! The Heavy Machine Operator is a dynamic member of the Warehouse team. This role is responsible for driving maneuvering, and controlling large industrial vehicles to lift materials and clear land. Responsibilities:
- Uses levers, pedals, and digital controls to run vehicles like excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Follows strict site protocols and works alongside ground crews using hand or audio signals.
- Clears brush, flattens dirt, digs trenches, and grades surfaces.
- Lifts and moves heavy loads, rocks, or building supplies.
- Checks fluid levels, cleans parts, and tests machines before and after use.
Qualifications:
- Heavy machinery operating experience required
- Comfortable cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Doesn't mind getting dirty
- Able to work in various weather conditions
