Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all setups for stock sizes as well as the actual setting up of machines. Ensure the quality of the product by both micrometer and visual checks Responsible for the pointing of tubing, injection of lube and operation of machine. Also responsible for changing of solvent to maintain clean plugs. Responsible for checking incoming and outgoing baskets and ensuring that they are free of breakers and partial wraps Clean and maintain department when not involved in other duties or at the discretion of his/her supervisor. Assist any current operator as needed and help tot train and instruct any new operator as necessary.
