Machine Operator Job Description Join a dynamic startup environment as a Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with the setup and operation of new machinery in a steel extrusion facility. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the foundational team, ensuring smooth operations as the plant becomes fully operational. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and operation of new machinery. Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning tools, dies, and molds. Operate machinery for steel extrusion processes. Measure materials accurately using a tape measure. Operate sit-down forklifts safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude. Essential Skills Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Experience in machine operating within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor and production assembly. Familiarity with hand tools. Ability to adapt and perform various tasks in a startup facility. Why Work Here?
