Starting at $16.00 per hour Schedule Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week Training Schedule (Month of August): Day Shift Friday•Saturday (with additional weekdays as needed) Candidates must be available to complete all required day shift training during the month of August. Permanent Schedule (After Training): Weekend Day Shift Friday•Sunday Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent weekend day shift schedule. Position Overview We are looking for dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our warehouse team in Verona, MS . This position will support operations within the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by moving materials, assisting with production, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Essential Responsibilities Perform general warehouse and production duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Complete all required August day-shift training before transitioning to the permanent weekend schedule. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Must be available for the required August training and commit to the permanent Friday-Sunday day shift .
