Job Description

Tape Operator TKO StaffPros is looking for an experienced Tape Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll apply tape to mattresses and other products to company quality standards, making sure each item is properly finished and ready for the next stage of production. Candidates with prior manufacturing or production experience are strongly preferred. What You'll Do Apply tape to products according to specifications and quality standards Inspect products for defects, damage, or cleanliness before taping Ensure tape is straight, secure, and properly aligned Report product defects or equipment issues to your supervisor Maintain production speed without sacrificing quality Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Assist with other production tasks as needed Meet daily production and quality goals What You Bring Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred Good hand-eye coordination Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Basic problem-solving skills Reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Overtime may be required based on production needs
Pay:
Starting at $14/hour, with higher pay based on experience
