Job Description
About us Golden Needle is a small company searching for skilled candidates who are proficient in operating and set up of multiple six-head and single-head embroidery machines. Candidates must not only be reliable, but efficient. We are excited, motivated, and want you to grow with us! Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up of machines including but not limited to; retrieval of digitized files and loading to machines for embroidery and placing spools of required thread into machines.
- Operation of six-head and single head embroidery machines
- Interacting with customers and checking in orders.
- Hooping garments including but not limited to; Shirts, jackets, pants, bags and caps.
- Trimming and visual inspection of the finished product to verify quality.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bagging, tagging, and boxing completed garments for shipping
- Clear and constant communication with owners and other operators regarding production, schedules, and any complications Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Relevant experience of at least two years preferred
- Knowledge and operation of computers
- Adept attention to detail and consistent, reliable performance of tasks
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on his or her feet for long stretches of time
- Ability to understand and process written and verbal instruction in English Job Details

- Thursday 7:00AM
- 4:30PM Friday 7:00AM
- 11:00AM
Pay:
Negotiable with experience Education- High School diploma or equivalent Work Authorization
- United States' Embrodery Machine Operator.
- Good attendance is a must.
- Check in garments when they arrive.
- Load design onto the machine via computer
- Hoop garment or item while machine is running prepping for the next run
- Operate machines while trimming the backing
- Learn how to adjust tensions for better sewing quality
- Fix errors if needed on items
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must for this job.
- Maintains a safe, efficient, and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear, and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.
