Shift:
1st Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Squeeze Lift Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate a squeeze lift to move, position, load, and unload large materials throughout our facility.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with a squeeze lift or similar heavy material-handling equipment, feels comfortable handling bulky items, and can accurately read a tape measure. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation:
Safely operate a squeeze lift throughout the manufacturing plant.
Material Handling:
Move, load, unload, and stage long, bulky, oversized, and irregularly shaped materials according to production needs.
Safety & Maintenance:
Conduct pre-use inspections on equipment, report any safety concerns, and maintain strict awareness of pedestrians and machinery.
Quality Control:
Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify material dimensions.
Teamwork:
Keep the work area clean and organized; communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience operating a squeeze lift, forklift, or similar material-handling equipment (Required).
Skills:
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure (Required).
Capabilities:
Comfort handling long, bulky, and oversized materials.
Attributes:
Strong attention to safety, detailed-oriented, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Background:
