Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to safely operate production equipment and support the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will monitor machines, maintain quality standards, and ensure production goals are met in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Thursday! 10 hours shifts/ 4 days a week 1st shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines. Perform quality inspections and document production data. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
