Description:
Description Arcadia Beverage is a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors. We make orange juices, lemonades, and teas in ready to drink bottles. We are currently looking for a Batch Blending Operator Team Member in the Arden, NC area. This position is responsible for weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing tanks for blending using new, state-of-the-art equipment.The pay:
- $20.00 per hour to start
- $22.
The schedule:
Night Shift available: 12-hour shifts; 5PM to 5AM on a 2-2-3 rotation with alternating 3-day weekends.- You work seven days out of every fourteen
- Every other weekend is a three-day weekend, scheduled a year in advance
- About 182 days worked per year

Maintaining strict hygiene is essential:
operators clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and lines to meet food safety and sanitation standards. On a typical day, the work environment can be fast-paced and noisy, with the need to coordinate closely with production supervisors, quality technicians, and filling line teams. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a keen sense of responsibility for product quality and safety.What We Do:
