Job Description
A growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking Filling Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring aseptic filling equipment in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance. Essential Responsibilities Set up and configure filling equipment for production batches. Monitor filling operations to ensure accurate and efficient production. Perform equipment adjustments, calibrations, and minor troubleshooting. Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, as required. Conduct environmental monitoring and in-process quality checks. Clean and sanitize filling equipment and cleanroom areas using aseptic techniques. Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately. Follow cGMP, GDP, FDA, and company quality requirements. Report equipment issues, deviations, and non-conformances. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred. Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production experience preferred. Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom operations, and aseptic practices. Ability to read and follow SOPs and batch records. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
