Job Description

Assembler - 1st
Shift Compensation:
$17.55/hr
Shift/Working Hours:
Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm) About the role: Join our team as an Assembler, working in a collaborative assembly line environment. You will be responsible for attaching units and passing them along the production chain, ensuring a smooth flow of manufacturing. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to build a foundation in a structured, quality-focused production setting.
What you will do:
Assemble Units:
Build standard assemblies and subassemblies using process equipment as directed by engineering drawings and manufacturing routers.
Maintain Standards:
Properly identify products and processes while performing duties to ensure compliance with Ex, IRIS, TS, and ISO standards.
Quality Awareness:
Understand and execute job duties with an awareness of how individual tasks impact the overall quality and compliance of the product.
Collaborative Assembly:
Work as an integral member of an assembly line group, passing units along for further completion.
What you will bring:
Tool Proficiency:
Ability to use small hand tools including air tools, wire cutters, needle-nose pliers, rulers, and wire strippers.
Machinery Operation:
Comfort using preparatory machinery such as soldering irons, scales, arbor presses, grinders, and band saws.
Technical Literacy:
The ability to follow engineering drawings and manufacturing routers (MWO).
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Assessment:
