This role involves monitoring automated machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the production process. Operators will work with thermoplastic injection molding equipment and perform routine quality checks to meet specifications. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Remove products from molds or conveyors and prepare for processing Inspect parts for defects using visual checks and measuring tools Trim excess material and ensure products meet quality standards Pack, label, and record finished goods and rejects Monitor machines for malfunctions and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
