In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance will be vital to ensuring smooth production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Ability to operate machines (underhole Punch, Tri-Hole Punch, Burring Station) power Up/Down Ability to reset Machine if Malfunction occurs Proper placement of shells on each machine positioning of weld on underhole punch machine to create proper weld/hold positions proper positioning on Tri-Hole punch and burring stations in order to align pilot pins with holes Placement of shells on pucks oriented in such as way as to be ready for the next machine. Maintaining speed as well as quality in order to maintain production flow Ensure machines are clean and free from all trash turnings dirt etc. Ensure each machine's oils and lubrication is maintained center shafts Molds must be oiled Every 2 hours Ensure Cap is replaced Ensure spray nozzles on Underhold and Burring Punches are directed properly Ability to recognize machine malfunctions and quality problems in order to notify team leader, maintenance technician, and quality inspector repair shells, if and when necessary Ensure good housekeeping Enforce all safety rules and regulations Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Morning 12 hour shifts 7am - 7pm $15.00 hr
