The team prioritizes understanding customer needs and consistently aims to surpass those standards with each order. Role Description The Screen Printer is a full-time, on-site role based in Connellys Springs, NC. This role is responsible for preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up presses, and printing high-quality designs on garments and other products according to job specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading work orders, loading and unloading garments, monitoring print quality throughout runs, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas. The Screen Printer will work closely with the production and design teams to ensure accurate colors, placement, and finishes, while meeting daily production goals and deadlines. The role also involves inspecting finished products for quality, troubleshooting printing issues, and following safety and quality control procedures. Qualifications Hands-on experience with screen printing and general printing processes, with the ability to set up, operate, and adjust printing equipment. Knowledge of print production workflows, including job setup, color matching, ink mixing, and quality checks. Familiarity with print design concepts, artwork preparation, and working with graphic files provided by designers or clients. Exposure to related decoration methods such as embroidery or other garment embellishment techniques is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and ability to follow written instructions and production schedules. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes of garments, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, sales, and design teams. Previous experience in screen printing or apparel decoration is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
