Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to support students, parents, and educators in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge to match their goals and budgets. You'll process sales, rentals, and repairs, maintain merchandising standards, and help drive store revenue through add-on sales and promotions. You'll collaborate with teachers and school reps, provide exceptional customer service, and support a friendly, inclusive, performance-oriented team environment focused on music education.
