Set up, operate, and adjust advanced woodworking machinery and equipment Interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate parts Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and operational adjustments Inspect finished components to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections within scope Support specialized or cross‑functional machine room operations as needed Maintain workflow efficiency and assist with training or guidance of lower‑level operators when appropriate Maintain equipment, tooling, and work areas in clean and safe condition Follow all safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues
