Responsibilities:
Assemble components following work instructions, using microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures as needed Inspect your own work in accordance with quality standards Conduct pull tests and measure components using calipers or other gages Inspect products to specifications and complete all necessary operational paperwork to ensure traceability Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed Read and interpret drawings for assembly and inspection tasks Maintain general housekeeping and organization of the work area Adhere to company and departmental policies, guidelines, and safety procedures Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic computer skills preferred Good communication skills Ability to interpret product blueprints preferred Experience with measuring devices (calipers, gages, etc.) preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Must be able to remain stationary 75% of the time and operate machinery Able to move between work zones as needed Proficient in reading and understanding written instructions in English Willingness to work overtime to support production goals Ready to start your next chapter with us?
