Assembly Operator I - 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location:
Fairview, NC Shift:
1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate:
$17.61/hr

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Role Join Kelly Services and help manufacture relays and switches for the aerospace industry! As an Assembly Operator I, you'll work with small components, ensure parts quality, and contribute to a safe and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities Assemble components using microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures Inspect work using quality standards and work instructions Conduct pull tests and measure using calipers and gauges Complete process paperwork to maintain product traceability Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs as needed Practice good housekeeping and follow safety guidelines Read and interpret work instructions and product drawings Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic computer and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred Experience with measuring devices preferred Willingness to work overtime when needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs, be stationary up to 75% of the shift, and move between work zones Must be eligible under
ITAR/EAR
