You'll be: Operating CNC machines and automated production equipment Setting and adjusting tooling and fixtures as needed Using robotic systems to load and unload components Monitoring operations such as drilling, grooving, turning, and threading Using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to ensure product quality Identifying and correcting minor machine or quality issues Moving and staging materials with a fork truck as needed Practicing safe work habits and maintaining a clean work area Performing routine maintenance and reporting nonconformities This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have experience or ability to read and follow complex technical instructions Possess strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, metrics, algebra) Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and are willing to communicate issues Can obtain and maintain a fork truck operator license Are able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts and lift 20-40 lbs throughout the shift Are comfortable working mandatory overtime and in a loud, non-climate-controlled setting What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
