Job Description

Join us in shaping the next generation of sustainable packaging. Role Description We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Greensboro, NC location. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rewinding machinery to ensure efficient production, inspecting finished products for quality compliance, and performing basic troubleshooting of the machinery. In addition, you will collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications
- Experience in machine operation, with a focus on rewinding or similar production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for quality and compliance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work on-site full time and perform physical tasks like lifting and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certification in machinery operation is a benefit
- Pay Details:
- $16.
