Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of one year operating equipment in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical aptitude for minor repairs and adjustments. Proficiency in computer usage. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to read and comprehend Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Capacity to work in a critical contamination control environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Nice to
Have Skills:
Previous experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004). Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques. An understanding of best practices in production efficiency and safety protocols.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A background in manufacturing with hands-on experience is preferred. Related certifications in machine operation are a plus.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations.
