About us Fuji Silysia Chemical USA, Ltd. is located at 1215 Sugg Parkway in Greenville, NC. We produce micronized silica gel. We are looking for a few great people to join our family of employees. We do not have but 34 employees working at our facility, we are fairly automated which makes you think more about what you are doing most of the time. You have to be able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures, follow ISO standards, and keep the equipment running to produce the product. We are looking for Chemical Processors that have attention to detail
  • can lift up to 50 lbs 30-35 times in one hour, 1-2 hours per shift when needed
  • can have the ability to learn each process
  • understand why each process does what it does and why
  • follow safety protocol 100% of the time
  • to join our team you have to be able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures, in the processing environment.
Must have a high school diploma or GED. 2 years of, mechanical experience working with motors, pumps, and values.
Responsibilities:
Follow the protocol in each sequence of the process of each graded material accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records according to ISO standards. Ensure that all orders are processed promptly. Follow established procedures for processes. Communicate effectively with team members, and other departments. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with equipment and detect minor trouble. Provide excellent teamwork that shows urgency in keeping production maintained. Can prepare and arrange raw materials with instructions from shift leader or senior processor Can perform routine cleaning and equipment cleaning after operational stop.
