08/28/2026 Job Description Job Description Catawba Valley Staffing in Hickory, NC is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a climate-controlled company in Hickory, NC! 1st Shift

7:00 am to 3:30 pm 2nd Shift
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm 3rd Shift
11:00 pm to 7:00 am Qualifications The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50lbs Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to work with Steel-Toe Shoes and uniforms Will be responsible for prep work, Sanding, Gritting and taping parts as well as operating coats, Oven, conveying, and Grit blasting equipment.
