Duties Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and consistency Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment while managing shift responsibilities and ensuring efficient workflow Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and food production to align with brand standards and customer preferences Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and proper food handling practices across all kitchen areas Manage inventory control and stock levels to minimize waste while maintaining sufficient supplies for daily operations Coordinate catering events and banquet services by supervising food service management and ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes Enforce cost control measures by monitoring food costs, portion sizes, and labor productivity to optimize profitability Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production, catering, and restaurant management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary department standards, and kitchen management practices Skilled in inventory management, cost control, menu planning, and shift management within the food industry Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members and ensure seamless operations Hands-on experience with food service management systems and inventory control tools Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and presentation Passion for culinary arts with a focus on hospitality excellence and serving guests with professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your culinary talents can shine.
